- Completion of SIA-approved training course
- Valid SIA license
- Provide evidence of past service record and achievements, including first aid award
- Proof of right to work and a valid proof of identity (such as a driver’s licence or passport)

- Proof of identity, including full name and address as mentioned on Passport or Driver’s License.
- Valid 10-digit UTR number if you are a registered company or self-employed/sole trader.
- Valid medical certificate and/or qualification (please advise which certificate requirements to include here)
- A valid SIA license
- Anything else you feel needs to be included under this subheading
- A valid NI (National insurance number)
